Meditation Class
People are often surprised to find it is difficult to meditate. Outwardly it seems to be such a simple matter, to just sit down on a little pillow and watch your breath. What could be hard about that? The difficulty lies in the fact that our whole being is totally unprepared for stillness and the peace it brings. But with patience and practice, the calm and joy of a meditative mind will become available to you, not only on the cushion, but when you need it most during moments of stress in your everyday life. ALL levels welcome!
