Dear New Students
We are committed to bringing the total body healing benefits of yoga to those new to the practice. When trying something new it's often hard to figure out where to start, so we've tried to make it easy as well as offer you different options to fit your lifestyle.
- To help enhance your learning as someone new to yoga we offer "Private Yoga Instruction". During these lessons you will learn breath and body awareness, optimal posture and body mechanics and the correct positioning of 25 fundamental yoga postures. This will prepare you to join any class you wish. Email or call to set up your appointments.
- Join us in classes titled "Level 1/2" if you are a healthy beginner, which means new to yoga but not new to exercise. No reservations or pre-registration required to attend. Use your class pack card anytime.
